Studio Policies:

1. Cash, check or money orders are all we accept at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
2. Sitting fees must be paid at session date. Unless other arrangements have been made with the photographer and/or videographer and documented.
3. Senior Portraits customers are allowed as many changes of clothes as they wish. We recommend three. Along with any props they would like. Such as basketballs, musical instruments, etc.
4. Animals are not a problem to have in your photographs and videos. They are family too.
5. Any special photo or video request must be made at time of scheduling the session date.
6. When ordering reprints, enlargements, and/or additional DVD's, 1/2 of your order balance is required at time of ordering. Remaining balance due at time of pick up.
   
7. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so at least 2 days before the session date.
8. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a wedding or event appointment, please do so at least 60 days before the wedding or event date. Please note that your 1/4 is nonrefundable.
9. Wedding Photography customers are to fill out the photo selection sheet and send it to the photographer at least 2 weeks before the wedding date. We do not guarantee all the photos on the wedding selection sheet will be taken. It is only a general idea of what photos you would like to have.
10. Wedding or Event Photography & Videography customers need to make arrangements with the photographer and/or videographer to go and scout the location where the wedding or event will be held. This is only if we have never been to your location before. This is to look at lighting conditions and so forth. This is to be done about 2 weeks before.
11. Wedding clients must pay 1/4 the wedding package total when booking. This fee is Nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. If for some reason the balance is not paid off in full you will endure a 20% late fee of the remaining balance every month until it is paid off. All legal fees, court costs, etc that are required if legal action need to be taken are also applied to your bill.
12. Wedding or Event clients must read and sign legal documents when reserving the session date.
13. Any and all shipping charges incurred are additional and not included in session or sitting fees.
14. A second set of proofs or additional DVD's are available for an additional cost (price varies according to package).
15. All musician, sporting and other events customers must supply cover, admission fee or entry pass for the photographer, videographers and assistant(s) where necessary to enter the event venue in advance.
16. If for some reason you do not like your photos or video we will offer to reschedule and re-shot your photos or videos until you are satisfied. Some situations do not apply. Weddings not applicable.
17. It is unlawful to copy or reproduce any material without permission of the owner of the copywriter, i.e. the photographer and videographer.
18. If you want to discuss exclusive rights to reproduce our photographs or videos, these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
19. Same day editing for videos can only be done if there is 4 hours or more of a working time gab between you ceremony and reception time. We do not guarantee same day editing. A full refund of the same day editing fee will be given back to the customer in an event that the same day editing was not complete at the agreed time. Same day editing is a rough cut, and your final product.
20. Photo montage photographs for a Reception or Open House must be given to the videographer at least 4 weeks prior to the event date along with any song selection. All photos must be on CD, and in the order you wish to have them play. All music selections must also be on CD.
21. If you wish to choose your music for your wedding DVD you may. We need your music no later then 4 weeks before your wedding date. If your music is not to the videographer by the 4 weeks before, the music selection will be left up to the discretion of the videographer. You also may give a general request. For example, "any country music or jazz." If you do not get your music to the videographer but have made special arrangements to do so, your video will be done 6 to 8 weeks from the time we receive your music, not your wedding or event date.
22. If you are having Courtney Ryan Photography & Videography record your ceremony and wish to have your ceremony sound recorded, there is an additional $50.00 fee. This allows the sound to travel directly into our camera instead of recording it from a sound system or with no system at all. It provides you will a higher quality DVD and allows us to tune in on certain voices and tune out others that you don't want to hear. For example a crying baby.
23. Wedding photo CD's take 2 weeks on average and can take up to 3 weeks in our busy season. Wedding and Event DVD's take on average 6 to 8 weeks and in our busy season can take up to 3 months. (This may be prolonged if you have not given us your wedding music selections).
